Gorgeous cottage in small village location, near to the river Tweed. 0.8 Mile walk over the chain bridge to the Abbey Town of Melrose, with its 'chocolate box' shops and cafe's to it's large rugby following including the 'Melrose 7's'.
The property is newly refurbished and finished to a high standard throughout. Flat Screen Smart TV's in the lounge and both bedrooms. Washer dryer is included in the kitchen.
