Company information

I have been running a b&b since 2007, and still absolutely love what I do. I am originally from Leicestershire and moved here at the age of 12 when my Parents also bought a hotel, which I often helped out with so you could say i've had a little experience. But I am a big believer in that you are never too old or too experienced to learn new things, and things change all the time so I am always striving to make my b&b what people are wanting and looking for and to change with the times.

Property information

We took The Philmar over in June 2021 after down sizing from another one also in Skegness. So we have completely refurbished and re decorated The Philmar and had new beds throughout. We do not allow smoking, vaping or takeaways in any of the rooms in our guest house. Full English breakfast is available upon request at an extra charge. Parking - Free on street parking is possible. (reservation is not needed).

Neighbourhood information

We are very close to all the amenities and only a few minutes walk to the beach, yet situated in a quite and lovely residential area. There is ample on street parking with no restrictions.
