Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Landscaped grounds (shared with other properties on site). Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Fenced pond in grounds, 100 yards. .
