Property information

Polean farm is located in Cornwall, down green lanes off the Looe to Polperro road, just outside the village of Pelynt. The farm is set amongst rolling farmland and is less than 2 miles from the sea. On the farm we offer free animal feeding and pony and tractor rides. We also offer dog friendly holiday cottages. The 18th century former barns have been converted into spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated child friendly and toddler friendly Cornish farm cottages set around a pretty courtyard. 7 child friendly cottages, sleeping from 2 to 12 people Four of the cottages are also dog friendly Outdoor children’s playground with climbing frame, trampoline, swings and slides Free Animal feeding and petting Free Tractor ride for children and toddlers of all ages (from 1 to 91 !) – see the video below Guests also get free and unlimited use of a local pool and free evening entertainment. Indoor child friendly play room with soft play area for toddlers Baby sitting service can be arranged. Cot, highchair and stair gates supplied in all cottages Free Pony ride for children and toddlers (up to 12 st in weight)
