Pound Cottage is a lovely, single-storey barn conversion, attached to the owner's home, just under four miles from Great Torrington in Devon. With one king-size double bedroom with en-suite wet room, the property can sleep two people. There's also a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, whilst outside, there is off road parking for one car, a private patio area with furniture and shared use of the owner's extensive gardens. Pound Cottage is a beautifully-converted holiday home, set all across the ground floor. Note: Babes-in-arms only.

Great Torrington is an unspoilt town built on high ground above the River Torridge, a fifteen-minute drive from the spectacular North Devon coast at Westward Ho!. The town has a good selection of individual shops, a friendly atmosphere, and some good inns. Great Torrington is a quiet, convenient base from which to explore North Devon, the Tarka Trail and the rolling Devon landscapes.
