Situated on Lord Street, the hotel is a 5-minute drive away from Hesketh Park and Southport Pier. Splashworld, the popular water park, is 500 metres from the Prince Of Wales. All bedrooms have a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Guests also have a TV, trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities in each room, whilst some rooms have a spa bath. The Colonial Restaurant serves traditional British dishes and the Clubhouse Bar has a golf theme. A full English breakfast is served every morning. The hotel has ramped access to its side entrance, with lift access to all floors and some disabled access rooms available. Ramped access to the restaurant is possible, with level access to the bar.
