OPENED SEPTEMBER 2020 - Newly Refurbished to an exceptional Standard "Prospect House" offers two individually accessed and self contained apartments within a historic Grade 2 Listed Detached Building. Located in Princes Square, this impressive yet personal building sits opposite the Jolly Sailor Pub and The Spar convenience store and is a 50 metre walk from the Harbour Front. The Square also has 16 Free parking spaces.
Guests can use the entire building at their leisure. It is a two apartment building with an interconnecting door and it has its own private entrances directly off the square. It’s ideal for larger family groups as it provides two bedrooms with king size beds and privacy curtains, a third small "submarine cabin" room with short bunk-beds for children up to a height of 5ft 9, two bathrooms, two kitchens and two lounges with lovely double sofa beds.
There are two private entrances directly off the square and an interconnecting door between the apartments.
