The property itself has a pub located at the end of the road just a 1 minute walk away along with convenience stores, award winning chip shop and barber shop. This property in a great location less than a 10 minute drive away from the Coventry Building Society Arena which is the home of Coventry City Football Club. Here you will find a Casino, Gym facilities, a variety of restaurants and a shopping park as well as various retail parks in the area. The property is also just under 3 miles from the centre of Coventry which is a vibrant city that boasts many different interesting places to visit such as the cathedral famous for being bombed in WWII as well as a waterpark, ice rink, cinema, laser quest, several shopping area's, restaurants and much much more all located within the ring road of the city.
