Offering quite stunning panoramic views over the River Tamar, across the Devon Border into Cornwall, the Royal William Yard and sea. This completely modernised and refurbished 2 bed duplex maisonette is set in a restored Georgian period property and set up for contemporary living. The apartment features an open, modern living, dining and kitchen area with stunning harbour and water views. The living area offers 2 comfortable sofas to relax, 40 inch flat screen smart TV so you can access your Netflix account and free WiFi. The dining area is a modern bar table with stools and seating for 4 guests. The kitchen benefits from brand new appliances throughout including fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven hob and washing machine. We have also The master bedroom has carpet throughout and a comfy double bed, bedside tables, lamps, hanging and chest space. The modern bathroom with bath and shower and WC complete the layout on this floor. A short flight of stairs take you to the top floor and second bedroom that is carpeted with 2 single beds, velux windows, bedside tables, lamps, hanging and draw space. The apartment is located on the fourth and fifth floors.

The unique Grade 1 listed former Navy buildings are now a vibrant lifestyle destination with a huge selection of urban cool bars, restaurants, galleries, arts, theatre performances, open-air cinema and monthly farmers market. The Cremyll Ferry that runs from Admirals Hard is literally 1 minutes walk from the rear of the apartment. Linking Devon to Cremyll in Cornwall it offers its foot passengers stunning views of the Tamar estuary, Royal William Yard and Devonport and the opportunity to visit Mount Edgcumbe. Alternatively, bring your paddeboard or kayak and launch from the Admirals Yard! Please check tides, currents and restricted military locations before launching. The centre of Plymouth is only 15 minutes walk with all it has to offer in terms of shops, restaurants, bars, theatre, museums and of course Plymouth Hoe!
