A delightful stone-built cottage located in the village of Harmby, close to the popular Yorkshire towns of Leyburn and Middleham in the northern part of the Yorkshire Dales.
Built in the 1600s, Puzzle Cottage is the oldest property in the village and is believed to have been the falconry for Bolton Castle.
An unusual layout set out over three floors, the cottage has been sympathetically styled with a cosy cottage feel which adds to the immense character and charm of this historic old cottage.
Puzzle Cottage is in a peaceful, residential area close to the town of Leyburn, with stunning views overlooking the Yorkshire Dales.
There is a car park opposite the cottage which can be used and roadside parking is also available close by.
Nearest train station is Northallerton. Nearest train station with car hire (Hertz) at the station is York.
If you don't wish to hire a car then you can go to Northallerton and get a bus to the cottage (73 to Bedale and then 156/157 to Harmby). (website hidden) buses from Northallerton to Leyburn for details
