Relax with the whole family in this little slice of heaven in Devon.
It has a fabulous enclosed garden where you can enjoy the firepit or BBQ or a huge open plan living area to cook up the mackerel you caught on the coast 20 minutes away.
Surrounded by fields and orchards, close to the coast and Exeter there's plenty to keep you amused.
Great transport links to the A30 and the London Waterloo train line in the village, it is a convenient rural idyll.
Pets welcome, no pets allowed upstairs or in bedrooms or on the lounge sofa.
Remember, cream first!
We are locals and have a wealth of knowledge about the area whether it's where you can meet donkeys (Holly's forte) or beaches (ask Marek!) and terrific places to eat (a shared passion).
