Silver Cottage Holiday Stay – Yarm High Street Nestled in the heart of historic Yarm High Street, Silver Cottage was built in 1841 and retains much of its original charm, including a few quirky features like uneven floors and walls. Perfect for families, couples, or business stays, it offers both comfort and character with modern amenities. Our charming two-bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, plus 1 baby (travel cot and highchair available on request). The king size bed features a medium-soft mattress, while the double bed has a medium mattress — both carefully chosen for excellent comfort and support, suitable for most guests. The cottage also offers a fully equipped shower room with sink and toilet, high-speed WiFi with a backup EE box, and a 42-inch Smart TV with Freeview and Disney Channel. Thoughtful touches such as extra blankets and throws help create a cozy, relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Home comforts provided: • Bath sheets (chargeable if removed) • Adult dressing gowns for 2+ nights (chargeable if removed) • Hairdryers and lighted mirrors • Hangers, iron and ironing board • Earplugs for light sleepers • Colder weather we sometimes use Brushed Cotton bedding, please let us know if you do not like Brushed cotton. Family-friendly: Highchair/Rocker Travel Cot (bedding not provided as we cant suit each baby’s varied needs). Change mat, Cutlery utensils. 💡 Thursday Madness Offer: Stay Thursday nights at a reduced rate. On Friday morning between (7;30am–9am), the nearby Ketton Ox pub receives its dray delivery. Some guests aren’t disturbed, but for light sleepers, earplugs are provided.
