Quiet, private, 1 bedroom first floor flat in a leafy residential area.
It is an annexe to my home but with its own separate entrance.
There is off road parking on the driveway.

Although it is a quiet area, the main shopping area with a variety of places to eat and drink is only 10-15 minutes walk away.
Within 20-25 minutes walk is the seafront and a multi-screen cinema (Vue Cleveleys).
The tram to Blackpool/Fleetwood is 5 minutes walk as are buses to Poulton and beyond.
