Quirky self contained Annex, situated in the rural village of Rhostryfan . Very easy access to main road leading to Snowdon .Dinas Dinlle beach 15 mins drive away. Stunning views and sunsets. This Annex is self contained and has parking right outside the door. Full Central Heating Double Glazing Bedding provided. Towels and toiletries will be there to use if needed. Own access . Wi-Fi access. Small Smart tv in there and Alexa is too . Dogs are very welcome must wear a lead when out on the lane. Also please do not leave dogs unattended in the annex. Due to past damage done by dogs barking all day and damage done inside I'm afraid i cant allow them to be on their own, sorry . Fridge will have supplies in . Large window has a film on so you can see out but nobody can see in . The annex is fully soundproofed and insulated The annex is very cosy and private, so even though i live next door you wont know im there. Unless you need anything x On driving up the lane i am the second Cottage. im on the left . Look out for Gravel and pretty flowers .

My name is Kim. I have lived here for over 18 years. I live on a private lane and the neighbor's and i have a very friendly relationship. We work together to keep each other safe so we can enjoy our beautiful surroundings. I'm very chilled out and relaxed and strive to improve the little annex i have created for my guests. Its a new venture and i welcome ideas from my guests and try improve their stay . In the summer months i have created a little area for guests to sit out and enjoy the stunning views but also ensuring their privacy . Im always around so any problems im here to help. I am situated 10 mins drive from Inigo Jones slate works and the main road to Porthmadog and Pwllheli. Also on the same grounds as Inigo is a great local farmer who runs a Cafe, butchers and fresh vedge shop. In fact he drives up and down past the Annex to tend his livestock. I am on a rough private lane so only local people have access. Dinas Dinlle beach can be seen from the annex and driven to in 15 mins. Caernarvon's historic town is also 15 mins away and has a beautiful castle and working steam railway . The view is just stunning overlooking Anglesey and Holyhead mountain . You are quite welcome to sit out and enjoy the view just please remember the lane can and will get some traffic . Easy access to main roads if driving bikes are no problem either. we have great cycle tracks. The Lane is subject to weather and sometimes, it does get pot holes. Now they are not craters and i usually go fill them in , but just take care. Drive on the right side coming up and left side when driving down you will be just fine. The Newborough Arms pub in Bontnewydd just 5mins drive away has fantastic reviews for meals 👌 Booking is advised as its very popular.
