The property is detached and is on a quiet road with local amenities within walking distance and public transport is also within a few mins walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and the Sutton Coldfield National park is also about 20 mins walking distance. The property is newly refurbished and it has large windows with plenty of natural light. There are two long standing tenants and they are very helpful and keep the place clean. The communal areas are cleaned regularly ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for stay.
I managed the property for my son and I have nearly 45 years experience of hosting and renting. I am always on hand to help guests with questions and if I am not available then both my son Raj and his partner Sarah are available.
The neighbourhood is a well sought after area and is safe, clean and quiet. The neighbours are friendly.
