“Gorgeous location, amazing views and very peaceful, but still only 10 minutes from Oakhampton shops etc. The host was very helpful and left us plenty of helpful instructions and supplies like wood etc. The hot tub was such a treat and us 6 ladies...”

The property is down a long lane tucked away. It’s a secluded spot ideal for relaxing.
The Hot tub sits in the grounds of the property. We have a collection of art on the walls from a local artist and a coffee maker. It’s a contemporary barn conversion sat just off the A30.
I’ve lived around dartmoor my whole life. We are a family-based company and have a wealth of knowledge about the local area.
We love old buildings, the land and the finer things in life . We enjoy sharing our property with like-minded people.
The neighbourhood is agricultural and the land is being worked. Neighbouring properties are close to being completed and will soon also be available to rent.
