Beautiful modern Victorian style house with five bedrooms to sleep up to 11 (including with sofa bed in lounge.) The house is five minutes walk to the beach of Paignton and situated on a quiet road near the train station and amenities of the city centre. There is gym equipment available on request and use of an outdoor heated pool approximately 15 to 20 minutes walk from the property (Covid restrictions permitting, please check on booking.) There is also a small garden with outside dining area. Wi-Fi&smart TV.

A short scenic walk through beautiful woodland takes you to Goodrington Sands Beach. This is a beautiful stretch of coastline with calm waters for swimming (when the weather permits.). There are coastal paths to Brixham or towards Paignton. Stop for a drink or a bite to eat en route and take in the spectacular views. There is a local shop two minutes walk away and a co-op less than five minutes drive. Regular main route buses go from nearby and there is a mainline station close to the property. There is free parking outside the property.
