Please note that bookings made on flexible terms need to be cancelled by 12:00 on the day before arrival; bookings made on prepayment terms are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Guests are advised to reserve a table in the restaurant before arrival in order to avoid disappointment.
Rhinefield House Hotel hosts weddings and celebrations throughout the year. The hotel management makes every effort to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum.
Please note that for rates including dinner, a GBP 35 dinner allowance per person is offered. This does not include a 3-course meal.
When booking for more than 6 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
The property has a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available, which are offered on a first come, first served basis and are subject to extra fees. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be staying with a dog. We will confirm the availability of a dog friendly room within 24 hrs of the booking being made. If no dog friendly rooms are available, we will refund your booking. A maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated.
