This is a newly built home with a 15 minute walk to the Village. It is a very peaceful area, The room is a bright, Luxurious warm room with garden and countryside views. In the room there is hanging rail with hangers and shelves, a Tv, tea and coffee making facilities. Luxury carpets all upstairs with modern porcelain flooring downstairs. This is a Brand new home,, newly built and all new furniture and bedding. There is a large kitchen, and dining room overlooking the South facing Garden with sun all day has sun loungers and dining area. If there is anything you might require, please ask and I will do my best to provide it.
Hi, I am Ria I have had previous experience in hosting at my home in Hertfordshire. I really enjoyed doing this and meeting new people from all over the world. I recently moved to Pocklington from Hertfordshire and love the area. Its very peaceful and friendly. I love having a good chat and maybe sharing a glass of wine or a cup of tea with my guests (if they have time). If there is anything you need to know, please feel free to ask and if I do not know I will endeavour to find out for you. I am a huge animal lover and have 3 cats and a dog (none of which are allowed in the rooms). I am also a Dog Groomer by profession. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into my home.
Pocklington is a lovely market town with lots of shops bars and restaurants theatre and cinema all within 10-15 mins walk. People are lovely and friendly here. Burnby Hall Gardens are less than a 10 min walk with absolutely beautiful gardens, lake and ponds. Also a cafe and they have evening entertainment quite often in the summer. There are lots of hiking walks and cycling routes around. There is a bus to York Minster just a couple of minites walk or to Hull. All the beaches (Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, Robin Hood bay, Bridlington) are within a 50 min drive. York is a 20 min drive with various car parks around the city centre. there is so much to do here, I could go on for ever ..........
