We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Our friendly bookings and client support team are on hand to help you before and during your stay and our platoon of housekeepers and handymen and women who keep our holiday cottages in tip top condition. Romney Barn is one of four barn apartments in a new-build single storey building. Situated on a working farm near Witney, each individual one bedroom apartment provides calm, comfortable contemporary accommodation with thoughtful touches. The farm location makes it unsuitable for children and family stays. Romney Barn is a spacious and stylish one bedroom apartment with an open plan living-dining-kitchen area. The fitted kitchen has everything you would need for a short or long stay: an oven, hob, and fridge-freezer. The living area has a comfortable corner sofa, flat screen TV with Freeview and dining table and chairs. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and plenty of hanging space for your clothes. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, with luxury toiletries available from the Scottish Fine Soaps Company, WC and wash basin. The barn benefits from WiFi throughout and parking for one vehicle (small commercial vehicles are allowed.) The property is ideal for short or extended stays (business or leisure) given its location mid way between Oxford and the Cotswolds.
