A stone’s throw from the shore, ideally placed to enjoy a relaxing visit to local restaurants, attractions and great outdoor activities on both sides of Strangford Lough. A lovingly restyled cosy cottage, filled with treasures and curios to enjoy in the relaxing atmosphere overlooking our garden and views to the castle. Private parking, 49 km to Belfast. The studio comes with a lounge area, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen and dining area.

Quiet residential location opposite the Exploris Aquarium and many scenic walks including Nugent's Wood and only 2 minutes from the waterfront marina, Strangford Ferry and a host of restaurants.
An EV vehicle charger is located in the adjacent public carpark.
Private parking at Ropewalk Cottage and additional free parking in the adjacent public car park (Exploris Aquarium) if required.
Portaferry is ideally positioned to explore the Ards Peninsula with it's fabulous scenery, wildlife, outdoor nature, visitor attractions including Mount Stewart, Castle Espie, Kearney Village and many beaches within a few miles. Arts & Crafts are plentiful in this area with Eden Pottery, Cuan Crafts and lots of antiques and curios to be found in the Georgian village of Greyabbey.
