The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen, utility, living/dining room, and a sitting room. There is one king size bed and one double bedroom, one with Smart TV, and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with seating, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 5.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.6, a pub. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is arguably one of the finest areas for walking in the region. With limestone pavements and scars, caves and open moors, the area has a wealth of natural interest and there are wonderful cycle tracks and walks on the doorstep. Austwick boasts a local pub serving excellent home cooked meals and a country hotel for something a little more special, as well as a shop and Post Office for visitors’ daily requirements. This quiet village is nicely off the beaten track, yet the market towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal are all within easy driving distance.
