This duplex apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting area with TV and a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin bedroom, along with two shower rooms. Outside, there is a designated parking space for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Ambleside, located near the northern extremity of Lake Windermere, England's largest lake, is an excellent location for seeing the middle Lakes, with Grasmere and the Langdale Valley only a short drive away. There is lots to do here, including cruises, boat trips, and watersports on Lake Windermere, as well as several shops, restaurants, and bars to satisfy all tastes in the hamlet. The parkland at Waterhead gives excellent views along the lake and a brief strip of beach, while a walk in the opposite direction, following Stock Ghyll through woodland, leads to the captivating cascade of Stock Ghyll Force.
