Rotherwood is a newly built property just a stones throw from Gurnard Beach. It has fabulous views over the Solent from its two balcony’s and lounge. Rotherwood is a modern, luxury 4 bedroom property located a stones through from the beach and the added benefit of a small parking space. The entrance hall is bright and welcoming, to the front of the house is a beautiful double bedroom with an ensuite, along the hallway is a utility room with a door to the back garden, a family bathroom and two bedrooms with interconnecting doors to one another along with full height sliding doors to the balcony. Both bedrooms can be set up as superking or twins on request. Downstairs to the fabulous master bedroom suite, equipped with a kitchenette, ensuite and doors opening onto the garden area. The first floor boasts magnificent sea views and hosts the open plan living area with log burner, fully equipped kitchen and doors to the top balcony. The house has been designed to a high specification and is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. Gurnard Beach is just a few foot steps away, it is a quaint traditional, pebble and shingle beach, within walking distance of Cowes on the north west coast of the Isle of Wight, with great views across the Solent, and some of the best sunsets you are likely to find! It is bordered by attractive, municipally owned beach huts, mainly painted green, on its sea wall that are leased locally. Behind the beach huts is a large sloped green with children's playground area. Beyond the green you will find The Woodvale, a traditional pub offering the perfect views for watching boats sail past and the spectacular sunsets.

Gurnard is a gorgeous little village on the outskirts of Cowes. There is a local shop, artisan cafe that is a pizza restaurant in the evening and 2 pubs.
