The Roundhouse is a ground-floor property with a private entrance. It is one of six cottages on our site, attached to the Grain Store and Threshing Barn. The Roundhouse is all on one level, with no internal steps. The private entrance leads directly into the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room is spacious, featuring a smart TV and comfortable leather sofa and chair. A solid beech breakfast bar separates the living and kitchen areas, allowing for easy conversation while cooking or dining together. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and electric cooker (grill, main oven, and hob). The cupboards are well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, and pans. The spacious bedroom with a double bed offers views of the gardens. There is a shower room with a shower, toilet, and sink. The cottage includes a small utility cupboard with a washer/dryer for the exclusive use of Roundhouse guests. In addition to the private use of the Roundhouse, guests have shared access to several on-site facilities: Outdoor heated swimming pool: Available for guests from May half-term until the end of September. Games room: Enjoy a game of table football or table tennis. Gardens: Shared access to 2 acres of gardens surrounding the cottages, with picnic benches, garden chairs, and BBQs available for dining or relaxation. Car parking: One parking space is provided in our shared parking area.

The Farm is part of a small hamlet located about 5 miles from the centre of Barnstaple. We are surrounded by farmland and the rolling North Devon countryside. North Devon boasts incredible beaches, a beautiful coastline, stunning countryside, and diverse wildlife for you to enjoy. For those who prefer attractions, historical sites, or shopping, there are plenty of options. Adventure and action seekers will also find numerous opportunities.
