Kick back and relax in the heart of the stunning Exe Valley, in this self-contained, own access annexe to our 18th century cottage. The high spec mezzanine layout offers bedroom and workspace upstairs, with kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room downstairs. Stable doors front and back afford country views, and sole access to a stream bordered garden. Perfect for couples and set centrally between Exeter and Tiverton, Exmoor and Dartmoor and numerous beaches.
Little Chitterleigh is nestled between 2 farms in a tiny, peaceful hamlet of just 3 houses, and situated in the picturesque hillside valley, just 250m from the River Exe. Surrounded by fields and orchards, with access via a country lane, it is fabulously quiet, with just the sound of nature, wonderful star-gazing and the odd hot air balloon drifting overhead! Parking is free and onsite, just outside the property. Exeter city and Tiverton town, with all amenities, are just 10-15 minutes by car, and the local village of Silverton, with excellent, well stocked shop and 2 pubs, is 2 miles away. Buses to these destinations regularly run from the end of the lane, and taxis, if required, can be found in both Exeter and Tiverton.
