Our modern bungalow apartments are suitable for 2 to 3 people with one car space. Neatly set in quiet area just off the coast road close to shops and cliff top, free parking. Cozy and warm self contained apartment on ground level aside to the main house with breakfast bar kitchen, TV living room, Large double bedroom with large showers in modern bathrooms and internal hallway. Personal use of a small garden space with furniture for smokers, safe keeping for bikes , no pets.
Val or Malissa is happy to help should your needs require anything further or local information.
We are close to cliff top walks , Newhaven ferry and the south downs way. Coop and Sainsburies are walking distance away, aswell as Costa and Gregs. Brighton 7 miles west , Eastbourne 25 miles east , A bus stop stands close to the house, free parking is available.
