Welcome to Samuel's, a refined retreat located in the discreetly vibrant heart of Lichfield City Centre. Named in homage to Dr. Samuel Johnson, born right here in Lichfield, this property is our new executive 2 bedroom duplex apartment, designed to accommodate up to 4 guests in exceptional comfort. Every detail here has been crafted with luxurious touches that highlight the elegance of this premium space. Samuel's is a true hidden gem and we're thrilled to share this stunning project with our guests and hope that you enjoy the final creation as much as we do. RULES: Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes. Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed** No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted. Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off. Strictly no smoking Strictly no Electrical Vehicle charging permitted at our properties, if discovered we will implement immediate vacation of the property.

Located In Lichfield City Centre in walking distance of the town centre. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in Lichfield including the Michelin acclaimed "Upstairs by Tom Shepherd." This property is also within easy walking distance of Lichfield Garrick theatre, Lichfield City Railway Station, from here you can take the train to Birmingham New Street, or get a train to Lichfield Trent Valley and travel to London Euston.
