We have houses in St Andrews, Crail, and Kingsbarns; from cosy rural retreats to townhouses there is something to suit all pockets and tastes. We started with only 2 properties 30 years ago and have grown over the years to become one of the largest independent holiday let companies covering St Andrews and the East Neuk, with over 50 lovely properties to let. We offer some of the most desirable accommodation in the area and unrivalled flexibility and service.

Situated over the first and second floor, Sandmill House is a superb end of terrace apartment which compliments its Victorian exterior impeccably. Its paramount location on one of St Andrews’ most exclusive streets is perfect for guests who wish to enjoy all the town has to offer, with the town centre and the Old Course less than a two minute walk away. Sandmill offers accommodation for up to 6 guests, with all 3 bedrooms containing twin beds which can be made into doubles.

Neighbourhood information

The keys can be collected from the property itself, as there is is a lockbox where the keys are stored. We will be in touch a week or so prior to your arrival with directions to the property and a code to gain access to the lockbox. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.
