We have worked in tourism for many years and are very passionate about our beautiful country. We are both very friendly outgoing people that love to entertain, so why not open our home for others to enjoy our hospitality.

Property information

Friars Bridge Guesthouse is a modern detached house in a central location. We have five individually designed En Suite Guestrooms as well as a mature garden with outdoor seating.

Neighbourhood information

Within a short walk to the City Centre with its many Restaurants and Bars and just a two minute walk to the River Ness we are in an ideal location to explore our beautiful city. We are walking distance to the Caledonian Canal, The Merkinch Nature Reserve, Inverness Castle "Experience", Inverness Museum and Art Gallery,The Ness Islands and The Botanic Gardens.
