SAUNTON POINT BREAK – PROPERTY OVERVIEW Saunton Point Break is a beautifully styled 2-bedroom luxury apartment with spectacular views over Saunton Sands - one of North Devon’s most iconic beaches. With direct beach access, high-end finishes, and room for up to 5 guests, it’s the perfect escape for families, couples, surf lovers, and those looking to relax in style. LIVING AREA The bright and spacious open-plan living area features modern décor and panoramic views across the coastline. A large corner sofa (which pulls out to a comfortable double bed) provides ample seating, while entertainment includes a flat-screen TV with SKY, a DVD player, books, and board games. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a decked balcony with seating - a perfect place to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee. KITCHEN & DINING The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer box, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided). The dining area comfortably seats four guests and enjoys sea views. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom: Super king-size bed, wardrobe, en-suite shower room, and doors to a private deck with sea views. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with an additional single trundle bed, ideal for children or friends. This room also has access to the outdoor deck and garden area. BATHROOMS En-suite: Modern walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Family Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. All bed linen and towels are provided. OUTDOOR SPACE Unwind on the balcony or step out onto the private deck and lawn, shared with the neighbouring apartment, which leads straight onto the beach path.
