Tucked away discretely with private parking and only 4 mins walk from the tranquil and sandy Colwell Bay. You will enjoy breakfast served on your private terrace or in your room on the rare occasion of inclement weather ! Its only a short walk to the village of Freshwater with local shops, or alternatively visit the famous HUT restaurant on the bay. The Needles, Tennyson Museum and Alum Bay are also nearby. We are only 5 minutes drive from the picturesque port of Yarmouth and the Lymington/Yarmouth ferry terminal.

Our sole aim is to provide our guests with a hassle free, totally relaxed, private yet friendly experience. Carol accommodates for all your dietary requests and makes every effort to ensure you have a bespoke and wonderful stay, exactly to your needs. Nigel is a local artist exhibiting his work in a nearby gallery and furnishes the accommodation with a couple of his paintings. We will provide transport to local venues in an evening if required. We use local produce wherever possible and freely provide top quality shower gel etc.

Local and frequent buses within 5 mins walk, The coastal trail is a few mins away. Freshwater is adjacent the area of outstanding natural beauty.
