    The location is good for access to the town or for walking along the cliffs. You can also find on street parking quite easily. The accommodation was modern and clean, with a well kitted out kitchen, the apartment was also warm and quiet.

A no expenses spared, newly and beautiful renovated open plan penthouse maisonette with beach decor with sea view, next to Boston Square sensory garden. There is a beautiful master bedroom with large bath and walk in shower and a large bedroom with en-suite on the upper floor

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located within 2/3min walk to the high street which offer cafe's and restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach and arcades. It is opposite Boston Square Sensory Gardens offering beautiful out door spaces. Old Hunstanton beach is a 30min walk or 5 min drive. Heacham and Snettisham beaches are 10/15 min drive, Brancaster 20 min drive and Wells-next-on-sea is 30min drive. Sandringham estate is 10 min drive away.
