Beachfront four bedroomed luxury property in the heart of Cleveleys. The property is on the seafront overlooking the promenade, beach and seafront. There is a private rear garden, a games room with a smart tv, a large living room with a 65 inch smart tv including sky sports and 4 double bedrooms, all with a smart tv. Recently refurbished to a high standard. There are king size beds in three of the bedrooms and twin beds in the other bedroom. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, games room and bathroom. On the first floor there is a dining kitchen and a large living room. On the second floor, there is a large family bathroom and three bedrooms. Fibre Optic broadband included.
