Property information

Beachfront four bedroomed luxury property in the heart of Cleveleys, overlooking the beach, promenade and seafront. There is a private rear garden, a large open plan living room with a 55 inch smart tv, 4 double bedrooms all with a smart tv and 2 bathrooms. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Fibre Optic broadband and a BT Sports box too. You will not be disappointed!

Neighbourhood information

The property is on Cleveleys Promenade overlooking the sea and beach. It is 2 minutes walk from the main high street in Cleveleys. It is a fabulous location. The property is located on the seafront. There are miles and miles of coastline to walk or cycle. There is also the tram which takes you to Blackpool which is 4 miles away. On foot there are a whole host of shops, bars and restaurants.
