Situated in a private and peaceful setting with own off street car parking space. The property offers a seating area in the garden adjacent to the property which offers spectacular views of the Cornish countryside. The property is situated 10 mins drive from a lovely sandy beach of Carlyon Bay which offers eateries and a bar. During the summer months there is live music on a Friday evening.
