Quiet cul-de-sac within a very short walking distance to the Promenade, Beach and Town Centre. Leisure Centre literally across the road. On site parking for 1 car. Short walk to Town Centre & Beach. Property is suitable for Electric buggies and Pavements have been dropped for ease of use.
