We are here to help and would be happy to give recommendations for restaurants, bars, good country pubs, Cheshire walks and must see sights! The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. The house should have all necessary amenities for your stay but should you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dogs are allowed to stay for a surcharge of forty pounds. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs/on furniture. Please let us know upon booking if you intend to bring a dog :) On the ground floor you will be greeted by a modern hallway leading into a comfortable front living room complete with a smart TV and double sofa bed. Also on the ground floor is a dining room-come-games room. This trendy room is equipped with a smart TV and a dining table which can be easily turned into both a ping pong and pool table! The dining room leads on to the well equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso machine. You will find a terrace to the rear complete with a bistro set for the warmer months! Upstairs you will find 1 king bedroom (which can be split into singles upon request), and 1 double room. Both are complete with large screen smart TVs. There is also a modern family bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bath.

This modern and stylish 2-bedroom property is just a 15 minute walk/few minutes taxi ride into the centre of Chester. The property itself is located in the trendy suburb of Hoole, with its own shops, bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes' walk down the road. Parking is free and unrestricted on the roads around the property. Alternatively, the train station is a 10 minute walk to the house.
