Sherwood Bungalow can be booked Monday to Friday 4 Nights for 3 Contractors, Short Break Weekends either 2 or 3 Nights, Holiday Weekly 5, 6, 7, 10, 14 Nights with check in ONLY on a Monday, Friday or Saturday. (Max 6 guests) = 1 couple per room or 3 Contractors = 1 Contractor per room, We do not allow the sofa's to be used as beds so DO NOT BOOK with the intention of using the living room as a bedroom, this would be a breach of our House Rules and Policy and we would cancel the booking on arrival if this was the intention, Please Check in from either Monday, Friday or Saturday to see accurate dates available. The King Size and 2 double Bedroom Guest Bungalow is well spaced out with a nice communal fenced sun trap terrace patio area for the guests to enjoy relaxing outside of the property. Sherwood Bungalow and Sherwood Studio Annexe share the Terrace with 2 sets of patio furniture and Bbq, Private parking and outside 24 hr Laundry room. The entire grounds are securely gated via Electric gates, parking is ample with a very large free parking area within the secure grounds. We the Hosts are in no way liable or responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal items, we strongly advise all staying guests have relevant travel insurance for Injury and valuables. If you require a 4th Bedroom Please check out Sherwood Annexe 1 Bedroom which is located next door to the Bungalow.

Our Boston Lincolnshire Holiday homes : Sherwood 3 Bedroom Bungalow, Sherwood Annexe 1 Bedroom studio & Sherwood Terrace 4 Bedroom have achieved the Booking .com 2021 Guest Review Award with a consistent 9.5 score for both recreational and business accommodation. We live on site so are available 99% of the time to help with any issues etc. We do have several very friendly Horses stabled at the rear end of the property so the gates must be kept locked at all times for security.

The Co-Op is only a few mins drive from the home and the main A52 into both Skegness and Boston Town centre is next to the cO-Op, there is also a chip shop on the cO-Op site along with a Beautician outlet. Skegness beach is approx 16 miles on the A52 and takes about 20 mins in the car. There are bus routes from the Co-Op outlet on the A52 to both Skegness and Boston town whereby interlinking train stations are available.
