The property is managed by Monica an American lady that has lived in different countries and cleaned and maintained by Brenda, a Guatemalan lady that has an obsession with cleanliness. You will see her in action when you stay in our Guest House. The house is sparkling clean! We are really nice and friendly people and love to make sure our guests are happy. Customer service is one of our strong points.

This is our second guest house by the same name as our first where we gained a lot of insight and experience how to keep our guests pleased and offer a great night's sleep with a big emphasis on cleanliness. This property is basically a few minute's walk to Southampton General Hospital, Princess Anne's Hospital, Spire Hospital. Also within walking distance to Shirley high street. Its newly renovated to high standards, plenty bathroom space, and we make sure that it is super clean just like our first guest house. The only thing is that the area has restricted parking and we do not offer parking/nor parking permits. All our rooms are equipped with Flat Screen TV’s with integrated Freeview, high speed internet access, and tea and coffee making facilities.
