The bedrooms consist of three doubles, one with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot is also available. Shoreline House is a lovely base for your next Scottish adventure.

Rosehearty is a town and settlement situated on the Moray Firth coast of Aberdeenshire in Scotland, dating back hundreds of years. The town offers a picturesque country park, a lovely sandy beach and a Community Boat Club, with a local Spar and inn housing two pub rooms for your amenities. Discover the ruins of the 15th century castle tower of Pitsligo Castle on the outskirts of the town, perfect for those interested in history. It is just over four miles from the thriving parish town of Fraserburgh, where the first ever lighthouse in Scotland was lit by the Commissioners of Northern Lights, Kinnaird Head now forms part of the Museum of Scottish Lighthouses. Fraserburgh has a popular fishing port and commemorates this in the Fraserburgh Heritage Museum, which illustrates its illustrious history.
