***Please note during the period of May-September we can only accept bookings that are at least a week long and check in on a Friday due to the "change over day" of our housekeeping services. This is quite common in Cornwall and checking in on a Friday saves a lot of traffic compared to checking in on a Saturday so hopefully this is beneficial for you too! If you cannot check in/out on this day please do ask and we are sorry if we have to decline the booking*** Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Watch the world go by with this constantly changing view. Located only a short walk from Carbis Bay beach and train station, this apartment is ideal for anyone looking for a modern, high quality retreat. Fitted out to a high standard, guests are always so positive about their stay here. Free covered parking included. The apartment is one of the few to have a balcony with views to the horizon, St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse! If you are bringing children they are sure to make friends with the others out in the evenings after a day on the beach. Or, if you are walking the costal path, you can sit and have a cuppa on the path bench within seconds of leaving the back door! Watch the seals through the telescope and if you're lucky, the dolphins too! We aim to make the apartment a home away from home and that is the reason we have so many returning guests each year! We absolutely value your support. There are steps down to the property, which may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
We have fallen in love with Cornwall and hope you do too! Although we are not nearby, our wonderful housekeeper will be on hand should you need anything during your stay. We can recommend some places to eat, days out for the children, even in the rain! We would be delighted to help make your holiday as special as we can.
A quiet apartment block, situated overlooking the picturesque train line and Carbis Bay beach. It's a few minutes walk to Carbis Bay train station which has trains going to St Ives, Hayle and even linking to London Paddington if you wished. The flat is situated on the coastal path - turn left out of the door for a 1.5 mile walk into St Ives and turn right for 3 miles of golden sands beaches and Hayle. The free car parking provided is essential and the local area does not get congested.
