Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.

Harbour Views at Silver Strand is a contemporary holiday home set over three floors, with glorious water views from many rooms and its private terrace. With three spacious bedrooms, all ensuite, it is perfect for friends sharing or a family. The cafes, restaurants and shops of Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area are just a few minutes walk, and Eastbourne town centre is just four miles away. Its private terrace overlooks a waterway, so you can watch the boats sail by as you enjoy an al fresco lunch at the outdoor dining set. You'll also enjoy great water views from the lounge and two bedrooms. A kingsize bedroom is on the ground floor, with ensuite shower room and French doors that open directly on to the terrace. The first (middle) floor has the living space. The comfortable lounge has a large, L-shaped grey sofa and a dining table and a separate kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The top floor hosts the remaining bedrooms - a kingsize master with an ensuite shower room and glorious views over the marina, plus third bedroom which can super kingsize or with twin beds. One well behaved small adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted with an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.

The convenient location of this holiday home on Sovereign Harbour and the harbourside bars and restaurants makes it perfect for couples, small families or perhaps friends or colleagues sharing. Eastbourne town centre with all of its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are within walking distance along the promenade or a short drive away. Perhaps you fancy spending the evening in one of the many bars and restaurants before heading for a show at one of the four theatres.
