I will kindly ask you to provide a copy of your ID before you arrive (additional step to ensure I’m hosting the same person as the account holder). If you’re staying longer, I will ask for your right to rent share code or a tourist visa copy. Cleanliness is important; no shoes in the house, please. There are blue plastic shoe covers at the entrance if you need. Please care for the space and leave it as you found it :) If you're staying longer than a few days, I'd appreciate someone who kindly cleans up after themselves. Meaning using the dishwasher and wiping the table after meals, cleaning the bathroom after use, I will definitely do the same :) The bed and the mattress are newly purchased. The bed is on the firmer side.

The keys will be located in the safe outside the property door, you will be able to contact me from here anytime. I’m pretty flexible and respectful with interaction preferences, I will try to help with any questions, or I can totally keep to myself :)

Nice quiet area, semi-detached house with garden and free street parking. 3 mins walk to local shops. There is a big Sainsbury’s (12 mins walk) just by Loughton Station. Street parking is available. 20 mins walk to Loughton High Rd (5 mins by ride or bus) for organic shops, cafes, yoga studio, gym, etc. 2 mins walk to the bus stop, bus 167 operates every 20 mins, which will take you to the train station in 5 mins. 12 mins walk from Loughton or 17 mins from Buckhurst Hill station. It’s easier to use Loughton Station during the day and Buckhurst Hill Station at night. Liverpool St 35-45 mins (depends on whether you walk or take the bus to the underground station) via the Central Line. Epping Forest is 25 mins walk (Warren Hill), 20 mins by bus (Northfield). The forest is mostly accessible from anywhere, just ping the closest green point on maps to where you are:)
