A Very Unique opportunity to Stay next to the city of Exeter on a beautiful 200 acre farm.
You will be staying on a livery yard .
Your accommodation is an elegantly converted stable , with a large viewing window looking into a stable.
The viewing window looks directly into a stable , where a horse will be bedding down for the night next to you.
Or bring your own horse on holiday too .(please msg for details and to discuss extra charges )

I love to traveling the world meeting new people and see the wonders there are to see . (Any tips on places please let me know )
I tend to travel by motorcycle as I love the riding and being outside to soak in the views ... and heavy rain showers from time to time .
ThI’m far from a dirty partying biker type . I don’t smoke and rarely drink , I’m happier with a cup of tea .
In short I’m a quiet clean chap who’s just looking for a clean bed and shower for a night or two before I move on to a new place .
Ideally I’d like secure parking off the street for my bike if it’s available .

You will be staying in the centre of the farm.
Although surrounded by countryside and bridle ways, you are in fact, only a 20 minute walk from the city centre.
The city is full of great places to eat and explore . Ideal stay location if you like horses , walking or cycling .
Parking on the farm is easy and you will be parked next to your accommodation.
At the top of the farm, you have access to public transport if you wish to use it .
Failing that taxi’s or walking is an option .
