The living spaces include a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, a sitting room, a sun room and a dining room. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is an enclosed garden and roadside parking. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent and please note this is a pet-friendly property but there is no smoking. Sole Bay Cottage is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year.
