Property information

The house offers a large living space with 5 double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor & 4 upstairs with 1 en-suite & a second family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a new modern kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer & breakfast bar in the kitchen. The large lounge has comfy sofa's & seating overlooking the vast garden & fields at the back with a log burner for those cosy colder evenings. Large dining table & chairs for meals at the end of the lounge. With a Large garden at the front & back of the house, with a BBQ & garden furniture. Balcony upstairs. Ample parking for 3 cars.

Neighbourhood information

Situated in a pretty village on the corner of fields & masses of walks. Kirby-le-Soken itself backs onto Hamford Water or the 'backwaters' where there are many beautiful rustic coastal walks, where Swallows & Amazons was based. Only a few minutes walk from the house will get you to the backwaters. We are only 5 minutes from both the popular towns of Frinton-On-Sea & Walton-on-the-Naze & 15 minutes from Clacton-On-Sea. If you follow the coastal roads you'll reach Harwich in 25 minutes & can get into Suffolk or Colchester within a half an hour drive of the house.
