Bring the whole family to this charming house with lots of room for fun. Situated close to the famous Witch Wood walk (5 mins walk) and the beautiful Lytham Hall (7 mins walk). Just two minutes walk to the superb Fairhaven Golf Club.
The house has a beautiful enclosed, safe garden with outdoor patio, chairs, table and loungers together with a BBQ for those Summer Days.
Lytham boasts a superb shopping area, a massive choice or superb restaurants and bars including the famous Taps. Take a stroll along Lytham Green and visit the Windmill before a well earned lunch overlooking the Green.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood with local walks on the doorstep. The famous Lytham Hall and grounds is 7 minutes walk in one direction and the beach 10 mins in the other! There's also a pub within 10 minutes walk.
