Near the Cairngorms National Park and Glenlivet Estate where our guests can enjoy , walking, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, local whisky distilleries and castles. Inverness just 1 hour away and quiet sandy beaches along Morayshire coast less than 1 hour drive. Falls Cottage will be your “ Home from Home “ , with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining/living area with lovely wood burner stove ( logs provided free of charge). Quality furniture, including leather two seater sofa, high backed chair, leather rise and recliner chair plus Bluetooth speakers for listening to your favourite music, just perfect for relaxing by the fire! Two spacious bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a super kingsize bed and bedroom 2 has a pair of zip and link beds ( can be used as single beds or placed together and make a super kingsize bed) and additional single bed. There is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin plus a shower room with 2nd WC , wash hand basin and washing machine in cupboard. Outside there is a fully enclosed garden , a raised timber seating decked area with BBQ and hillside views towards woodland. There is also a storage shed for mountain 🚲 bikes and/or 🎿 skis. I am originally from The Netherlands and have been married to Carolyn for 45 years. I spent many years farming in the UK. We have 4 grown up children and 8 grandchildren. We love welcoming guests and creating a special place to stay. We are always on hand if guests have any questions or need some help.

The Falls Cottage is in Speyside , close to the river Livet and Cairngorms National Park. The famous Packhorse Bridge is just 150 metres from the property. Ideally located for walking , hiking, mountain biking, skiing and of course, on the Whisky Trail ! It is best if you have transport in order to enjoy everything this area has to offer.
