We have a grown up family and 4 grandsons, as well as the two special children we foster. We love nothing more than to all go out together and enjoy the activities on offer in and around Skegness. Bryan is a keen fisherman and fishes with the little ones regularly at several of the local fishing lakes. We also all like to go out to the theatre and to eat out. There are so many places to choose from in town as well as a little further afield in some of the village pubs. Sharon enjoys nothing more than taking a walk with the family and our Labrador, along the lovely beaches. Particularly in the winter when its quiet!

Springfield is managed and run by Bryan and Sharon Johnston. We are into our 9th year and take pride in offering good value holidays and breaks. Minimum stay 2 nights. We are close to all the amenities and we are open all year round for short breaks to longer stays. People come back year after year to stay with us in our clean, comfortable and homely accommodation. Skegness holds something for everyone at any age, you will not be short of things to do and it doesn't matter what the weather is like, there are activities both indoors and outside throughout the year from bowling on the delightful greens to ten pin bowling inside on the pier. We have an indoor swimming pool and in the summer months an outdoor pool, and for those who have tiny tots, try looking for the hidden treasure - the Fairy Dell. The latest attraction is the Skegness Aquarium which is a fantastic addition to the town and we have spent several afternoons there looking at the various fish and afterwards the children have enjoyed playing in the play area upstairs while we have a sneaky break and something to eat and drink! If its the fairground, amusement arcades, bingo, Natureland or just the beach and sea - we have it just a few minutes walk along the road. There is so much more to explore....
